Returns & Exchanges

Hopefully you'll love your new jewellery, but if you have any concerns please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item, and return within 14 days of letting me know.

I cannot accept returns for custom or personalised items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs (unless faulty). Please retain your proof of postage.

If you are looking to exchange a ring for a different size, I offer the first resize for free, you will just need to cover the postage.
