Day 2: HANDS AT WORK

 I've always found working with my hands to be important. Whether through jewellery, massage, painting or clay, I love learning and connecting with materials in a tangible and hands-on way.

As someone prone to feeling anxious, I find working with my hands very grounding and can't imagine not exploring in this way.
