How long will it take my order to arrive?
I aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Depending on which shipping method you choose at checkout, delivery should take between 1-5 working days. If you need something urgently, please get in touch via email at hello@bluebelllanejewellery.com and I can advise if this time frame is possible.

Standard UK Shipping is FREE - wahoo!
Special Delivery Tracked - £4.70
International Tracked & Signed (Europe) - £6.50

When will a particular item be back in stock?
If an item you're interested in is marked out of stock, please don't hesitate to get in touch at hello@bluebelllanejewellery.com where I can let you know the estimated restock date.

I've ordered an item as a gift, can you send it directly to my friend's address?
Yes, of course! Just enter your friend's address as the shipping address when placing your order. If you've already placed your order, please get in touch asap with the change of address.
Also, if you are shipping direct to a loved one and would like a handwritten note included, email the details to me at hello@bluebelllanejewellery.com and I'll be happy to pop one in.

Could you make me something bespoke?
Absolutely! I love working with you to create something unique and special. Please send me an email at hello@bluebelllanejewellery.com to discuss your idea! If you'd like to see some previous bespoke pieces I have made, there are some examples in the 'Commissions' section of my website.

How should I care for my jewellery once it's arrived?
Due to the nature of Sterling Silver, it can tarnish over time. To reduce the rate at which this may happen, I advise to keep your item in an airtight container while  not being worn. Silver can react with some skin care products and perfumes, as well as chlorine, so it's best to avoid getting your jewellery in contact with these things.

Is it possible to return or exchange my item if I change my mind?
With the exception of earrings (unless faulty) due to hygiene reasons, I will happily accept returns or exchanges. Please see my Returns & Exchanges page for more info.
