Returns & Exchanges
Hopefully you'll love your new jewellery, but if you have any concerns please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item, and return within 14 days of letting me know.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Earrings (hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised items
The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs (unless faulty). Please retain your proof of postage!
If you are wanting to exchange a ring for a different size, I offer resizing for free, you will just need to cover the postage.
