Returns & Exchanges

Hopefully you'll love your new jewellery, but if you have any concerns please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item, and return within 21 days.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Earrings (hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised items
The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Please retain your proof of postage!
